Saltire Court is located in the centre of Edinburgh and offers 180,000 sq ft of prime office space. Current tenants include Deloitte, KPMG and CMS Cameron McKenna LLP. Ad Diriyah completed an extensive refurbishment of the common parts in 2018.
Stockley House
130 Wilton Road, Pimlico, London SW1V 1LQ
Our founders advised and managed the acquisition of full ownership of Stockley House in 2004 at £40m. The property sold for £67.5m in 2007, and we purchased it back in 2012 for £44m. Stockley House comprises a 15 storey building in a key location directly east of Victoria Station. The development has planning approved for 127,000 sq ft from the previous 72,658 sq ft.

Through a 20 year partnership, we invested in our client on an award-winning real estate development. Designed by Squire & Partners, the building is located on the edge of Canary Wharf and commands impressive views across London’s skyline. Completed in 2021, Landmark Pinnacle is the tallest only residential tower in the UK.

Al Hayat Mall

Our founder is the Chairman of the Hayat Mall Board of Directors Which is strategically located in close proximity to iconic King Salman Park and key metro stations. Situated on King Abdulaziz Road, the extensive frontage is 597 metres in length. Members of our team helped our client to acquire 75% of the mall and we are now working with our client to rejuvenate this prime prominent community mall.
